20.Korschenbroicher Waldlauf

The Korschenbroicher Waldlauf begins and ends at the Waldstadion sports field in Korschenbroich, Germany. The first races start in the early afternoon in late September. This is a local forest-running event organized by Korschenbroicher LC. The program includes races from 400 m for Bambini up to 5 km, 10 km, walking, and Nordic walking events. Children, youth age groups, adults, walkers, and Nordic walkers each have designated times. The day is designed for families and club runners, as well as individuals seeking a short local race. The course utilizes the sports field and paved forest paths; therefore, spikes are not permitted. The 5 km race consists of one large loop, while the 10 km race involves completing that loop twice. Walkers, Nordic walkers, and 5 km runners begin together and share the same finish channel. Entry is open to all, regardless of club affiliation. Bambini runners receive a medal upon finishing. ランニング： 地元の人たちは、気軽にベースマイルを稼ぎたい時にNiers沿いを走るんだ。Niers沿いの黒ルートは9.8 km、短い黄、紺、赤ルートはそれぞれ1.9 km、3 km、5.2 kmあるよ。Schloss Rheydtがその周回コースにあるから、ロングランでも閉塞感が少ないのが良いね。Nordparkは街の中心部に、街と緑地の間をきれいにマークされた周回コースを提供してくれるし、Campuspark RheydtにはFitnesshügelがあるから、インターバルで筋力強化したい時にぴったりだ。solemates mgは週に一度、5-10 kmくらいで楽しく走ってるみたいだし、Girls Run Clubは毎週火曜の19:00にFontäne "Jröner Jong"に集合してるよ。Maria-Hilf-Lauf MönchengladbachとSchloss Wickrath Laufが、この街のメインイベントだね。

サイクリング： R.V. シーズン： 夏はやっぱり最高だね。24 °Cの暖かい日でも、大きな木の下なら気持ちよく走れるよ。Niersのルートは安定したランニングに最適だし、日陰が多いからZ2でもだらけずに済むのが嬉しい。サイクリストは晴れた日にクラブライドを楽しむよ。R.V. Möweのライドは基本的にドライウェザー限定で、公式の天気警報が出たら中止になることもあるからね。仕事の後でも街の中心部は使えるんだ。GrenzlandstadionとErnst-Reuter-Sportanlageはモダンな照明と整備されたパスがあるからね。冬はリズムが変わるけど、トレーニングプラン全体が変わるわけじゃないんだ。よく舗装された道が多いから、どんな天気でもトレーニングは予測しやすいよ。だから地元の人たちは走り続けたり、乗り続けたり、道が悪くなったらcyclocrossみたいなグラベルライドもこっそり楽しんでるんだ。
