Stadtwerke Dinslaken Triathlon

The Stadtwerke Dinslaken Triathlon takes place in early May in Dinslaken, North Rhine-Westphalia, organized by TV Jahn Dinslaken-Hiesfeld. The primary race is short by triathlon standards, featuring a 0.50 km swim, a 21.60 km bike course, and a 6.20 km run. Both individual and relay participation are available. The event offers specific distances for younger athletes. Jugend B races include a 0.30 km swim, a 6.40 km bike leg, and a 2.20 km run. Schüler B races, for ages 10 and 11, consist of a 0.20 km swim, a 4.50 km bike ride, and a 1.20 km run. With approximately 200 participants in the main individual race and around 30 in each relay or youth category, the event has the character of a club-organized community triathlon.
