Stratford 5K Run/Walk

The Stratford 5K Run/Walk is a chip-timed 5 km road race in Stratford, Ontario. The start area is at 55 Queen Street near Upper Queens Park. It takes place in October and is designed for a broad community field, welcoming runners, walkers, and people with strollers. The route passes Victoria Lake and Stratford’s theatre landmarks, such as the Festival Theatre and Tom Patterson Theatre. A kids race of about 600 metres is also included, with medals for children. All proceeds benefit The Local Community Food Centre, which supports individuals facing barriers to healthy food through cooking, growing, sharing, and advocacy programs. Each 5K registration includes a tax receipt.
