Rope Mill Dirty Duathlon and 3.3 Mile Trail Run 2026

Rope Mill Dirty Duathlon and 3.3 Mile Trail Run takes place at Rope Mill Park in Woodstock, Georgia. The field is limited to 325 participants for both events combined. The duathlon consists of a bike-run-bike course: 5.5 miles by mountain bike, a 3.3 mile run, and a final 5.5 mile mountain bike leg. Participants may opt for the 3.3 mile trail race only, without the cycling portions. The trail run begins in the morning, with the duathlon commencing shortly after, using staggered starts by category. The event is located at 690 Old Rope Mill Park Road, accessible from I-575 via Ridgewalk Parkway and Rope Mill Road. Duathletes have the option to compete individually or as part of relay teams, including 2-person teams and 3-person beginner teams, allowing the bike-run-bike format to be shared. Pre-race packet pickup is available at Fleet Feet Canton for eligible registered racers, with an additional pickup time on race morning before a briefing. Race-day registration is not available.
