Lake Hodges Trail Duathlon 2026

The Lake Hodges Trail Duathlon covers 23 miles starting at Piedras Pintadas Trailhead in San Diego. It features a run-bike-run format, deviating from a single continuous discipline. This event is included in the yearly Lake Hodges Trail Fest, and participants can compete individually or as a team. The route incorporates the trails surrounding Lake Hodges for a 37 km duathlon.
