The 1ο Backyard Ultra Δράμας begins and ends at Kart Track 69 Speedway in Drama. Runners depart in late May at 08:00. The event follows the Backyard Ultra format: participants must finish the same 6.706 km lap within each hour, then start another lap until they are unable to continue. The course crosses the green Kallifyto stream area, with an elevation gain of 67 meters per lap. This cumulative climb increases as the hours progress. A single winner emerges: the last runner capable of completing a lap solo after all other participants have withdrawn.
