About this race
The Austrian Pumptrack Series is a season-long pumptrack bike racing series in Austria, hosted by Suspension Factory. Riders compete on short, rolling bike-park courses where speed is generated by pumping the bike through rollers and berms, rather than solely pedaling. The series maintains overall standings, meaning each event contributes to the final results beyond the individual race outcome.
One Salzburg stop in Bergheim attracted approximately 130 participants and coincided with the official opening of a bike park. That particular race featured what was likely the longest course the series had seen, with most riders taking over 20 seconds to complete. Felix Schoibl secured the win in 19.469 seconds, followed by Fabian Reithmayr just under half a second behind, and the remaining competitors at least two seconds adrift of the winner. Lena Bauer claimed victory in the women's category, with Theresa Himmelbauer and Elke Rabeder finishing behind her.
