Perth Kilt Run 2026

The Perth Kilt Run will take place on October 4, 2026, at Minnawarra and Memorial Parks in Armadale. Participants can choose between a flat 2.5km Classic route, which is dog-friendly, or a 5km Warrior route. Both routes require participants to wear a kilt and are part of a Scottish-themed day that supports local charities. The start and finish for both races are at Minnawarra Chapel. The courses follow the flat, paved paths within Minnawarra and Memorial Parks. The 2.5km Classic is a two-lap loop on level ground, suitable for wheelchairs and prams. The 5km Warrior includes a short incline on Church Avenue and a few steps. The paved surfaces are easy on shoes and keep participants near the event village, which offers refreshments and Highland Gathering festivities. Spectators can enjoy bagpipes, Scottish dancing, and food stalls. The event begins at 8:30 AM, with participants warming up on stage beforehand.
