The Sauk Valley Apple Cider Run is a fall race held at Selmi's Greenhouse and Farm Market in Rock Falls, Illinois. The half marathon begins and ends at Selmi's, covering approximately 13.17 miles with 353 feet of elevation gain. The course features rolling hills, farmland, and the Dillon Home to Sinnissippi section. The finish line embraces the apple cider theme; all finishers receive an apple cider donut and a cider beverage, with post-race music, food, and drinks available. 7:24 Fitness on the Rock is the event's sponsor, and a virtual race option is available for those unable to attend in person.
