The half marathon follows a condensed path through Gifu Park, the Mount Kinka Drive Course, Iwato Park, and the left-bank river road. As there are no road closures, runners must adhere to traffic signals, utilize sidewalks when present, and follow staff directions, with personnel stationed at complex junctions and sections lacking sidewalks.
