Global 5K 2026

The Global 5K is a one-day event where runners and walkers in countries worldwide cover the same distance on the same day. The distance is 3.1 miles, and the format is intentionally straightforward: run or walk it wherever you are, at your own pace. There is no set course. Participants can use a local park, a gym treadmill, or their own neighborhood, then track the 5K to have it count toward the event. Thousands of people participate, and the setup allows for easy participation with friends or family without needing to travel to a start line.
