Ruiten Aa Loop

The Ruiten Aa Loop guides participants through the Ruiten Aa valley in Westerwolde, located in the east of Groningen. Runners can select from 30 km, 25 km, 18 km, or 12 km courses, while walkers have 18 km and 12 km options. Runners Oost Groningen is the organizer of this, the twelfth edition. The course follows paved and unpaved roads and paths, offering a countryside journey rather than laps. Yellow arrows indicate all routes, aid stations are positioned every 5 km, and walkers are provided with a map. Entrants participate at their own risk.
