Express Your SuperPower 5K 10K Fun Run and Tot Trot

Express Your SuperPower is an afternoon race day in Canton, Georgia, where runners can wear superhero costumes and choose from a Tot Trot, Fun Run, 5K, 10K, or virtual 5K and 10K. The event is in its 12th annual running and is presented by the Northwest Georgia Breastfeeding Coalition and Georgia Breastfeeding Coalition. The 5K and 10K are official Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race qualifying events, while the shorter races make the day accessible for kids and families. The in-person courses stay entirely inside Etowah River Park and Heritage Park, with certified 5K and 10K routes and timing by BT Race Timing rather than chip timing. Finishers turn in a finish card to count for race-day awards, which go to overall winners, masters winners, and 10-year age groups. Proceeds support the MedMilk Project: Building Georgia’s Milk Bank, and the event also raises awareness for World Breastfeeding Week. The superhero theme is practical as well as playful: costumes are encouraged, but they need to be safe and stay out of everyone’s way on the course. The 5K and 10K also count for Clover Glove Series and Black Bag Race Series points, including for virtual participants, though virtual results do not count as Peachtree qualifying times.
