Bussell Island Swim

Bussell Island, a historic riverfront park in East Tennessee, hosts an open water swim race on the Little Tennessee River. The island was once home to Native American cultures and possibly the capital Coste visited by DeSoto. The event is sanctioned by US Masters Swimming and USA Swimming. Participants must be at least 11 and members of either organization.
