Sobre esta prova
The Bieg Kłodawskiego Święta Soli begins and ends at the Municipal Stadium on Sportowa Street in Kłodawa, a town with strong ties to its salt mine. This event is part of Kłodawa’s Salt Festival, featuring a 10 km run and a 5 km Nordic walking march. Participation is free, though spots are limited; this limit has been increased previously due to high demand.
The course includes varied terrain, not just a standard road loop, with participants encountering asphalt, cobblestones, gravel, and dirt paths. Kłodawa Salt Mine S.A. collaborates in organizing the event with the local cultural center and the city-and-commune office. Salt from Kłodawa is incorporated into the route experience. Electronic timing with returnable chips is used, and results are based on gross time, starting from the official gun.
