Dallas Spartan Trifecta Weekend 2026

The Dallas Spartan Trifecta Weekend is an obstacle-course race held at Twin Canyons Ranch Resort near Granbury, Texas, approximately one hour from the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This event takes place over a weekend in October, featuring Spartan distances ranging from 5K to 50K, including Sprint, Super, Beast, Ultra, and Kids race formats. The course navigates challenging ranch terrain with hills, streams, walls, ropes, and mud pits, designed to test both strength and running speed. The weekend accommodates a wide range of participants, from beginners and club-level racers to elite athletes, children, and spectators. Black Star Grille & Music Venue offers attendees food, drinks, and a view of the race activities. Founded by Joe De Sena to encourage greater physical challenges, the Dallas event is presented as Texas's largest obstacle course competition.
