The Tour de Tirol is a three-day autumn running series held in Söll, a village in the Tyrolean Alps. Its main event is the Kaisermarathon, a 42.195 km mountain marathon beginning in Söll and ascending to the finish on the Hohe Salve at 1,829 m. Participants can also register for the Gesamtstart, a three-stage event covering up to 75 km and 3,500 m of climbing throughout the weekend.
The series begins with the Söller Zehner, a 10 km evening race on gravel, meadow, and asphalt paths, with start and finish in Söll's center. The Kaisermarathon proceeds through Scheffau and Ellmau before the significant ascent to the Hohe Salve. The weekend also features the 23 km Pölventrail, largely on gravel with approximately 1,200 m of elevation gain, alongside an 18 km Gipfelmarsch and a 77 km Kaisermarathon Ultra. Over 1,500 runners from more than 30 nations are anticipated, attracting club runners, trail runners, marathoners, and those competing in all three stages.
