LifeSong Dash 5K

The 13th Annual LifeSong Dash supports LifeSong, Inc., an agency dedicated to "Love, Enhance, Equip, and Inspire" adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The out and back course features challenging hills. Dash Day also includes the Junior Dash kids' run, food trucks, live music, and a team competition to win the coveted Dash.
