Blodomloppet Göteborg

Blodomloppet Göteborg offers 5 km and 10 km runs in Slottsskogen, Gothenburg. A 5 km walk is also available for those preferring a relaxed pace. This event is part of the Swedish Blodomloppet series, taking place in early summer. The children's race, Lilla Blodomloppet, runs concurrently with the main program. Participants can opt for one lap (5 km) or two laps (10 km), with walkers using the 5 km course. The course is entirely within Slottsskogen, giving it a park-like atmosphere rather than a city street feel. Lilla Blodomloppet begins at Dalens grusplan and concludes near Slottskogsvallen. A group warm-up is held before the start. Registered children receive a bib, medal, and functional shirt, subject to availability. Swedish high jumper Emma Green endorses the Gothenburg race, and IK Sävehof acts as a Blodomloppet ambassador. Proceeds benefit sports clubs, supporting children's, youth, and elite programs.
