Runmageddon Ełk 2027

Runmageddon Ełk is a muddy obstacle-race weekend in Ełk, Poland, located in the Mazury region. The race begins at Nowa Plaża Miejska, near the town beach. Instead of a peaceful lakeside rest, participants face short, demanding courses featuring walls, mud, carries, climbs, and other Runmageddon obstacles. The event provides multiple formats: INTRO and INTRO U-16 cover 3+ km with 15+ obstacles, REKRUT spans 6+ km with 30+ obstacles, and RUNMAGEDDON CLASSIC extends to 12+ km with 50+ obstacles. The beach start plays into the local context: Mazury is typically associated with calm waters and tranquility, but this weekend substitutes that with mud-filled splashing. INTRO serves as the entry level for adults seeking to sample the event's atmosphere without committing to longer distances. INTRO U-16 offers younger participants a complete course and obstacles, not a simplified version. REKRUT increases the distance and difficulty, while CLASSIC represents the primary challenge for regular Runmageddon participants. Previous CLASSIC results indicate a strong field, with hundreds registered and a high completion rate.
