Oamaru Multisport Fun Run & Duathlon Series: Race 3

Oamaru’s Wednesday evening series starts and finishes at Friendly Bay by the Oamaru Harbour Playground. It is a low-key club event with two options: a run-bike-run duathlon, or a run or walk for those wanting an easier entry. Registration opens at 5:30pm and racing starts at 6:00pm, fitting in as an after-work or after-school activity rather than a full weekend commitment. The Oamaru Multisport Club organizes the series, welcoming individuals, families, and teams. Beginners can use it for a first duathlon attempt, social participants can run or walk without complication, and experienced athletes can still get a short midweek race. Team entries make the duathlon more accessible, as the run and bike legs can be shared.
