Hamilton Junior Tough Guy and Gal Challenge

Ngaruawahia Christian Youth Camp hosts a children's mud-and-obstacles morning, distinct from a polished road race. The Hamilton Junior Tough Guy and Gal Challenge is an obstacle event for school years 3-8, focused on adventure, teamwork, and allowing children to test themselves without adult race pressure. The course is a safe outdoor setup where children run, crawl, and climb through obstacles, with plentiful mud. It suits confident racers and nervous first-timers, as the emphasis is on effort and mutual support. All participants receive a finisher medal and downloadable certificate.
