Ultrabalaton Trail

Balatoni Élménypark is situated between the hills and lake country of the Balaton Uplands, reflecting the character of the Ultrabalaton Trail. This is a trail race on natural terrain, not a road event with some grass. Participants can compete solo or in teams, accommodating both runners seeking speed and those preferring a hiking pace. The named routes offer insight into the day's challenges: Koloska Trail, Gella Trail, and Hegyestű Trail involve rolling upland paths, climbs, and sections where rhythm is more important than pure speed. Finishers within the time limit receive a unique medal. Those who finish the shortest route outside the limit are awarded a “RESPECT memorial medal,” a thoughtful, runner-oriented acknowledgment for reaching the finish.
