Blast 5K @ The Meadows Series 5 - October 2026

Blast 5K @ The Meadows is a mid-week 5K race series in Edinburgh, starting at East Meadows Play Park. The course is flat, fast, officially measured, and licensed, located within The Meadows. This makes it suitable for runners aiming for a personal best as well as those new to short races. The participants include beginners, experienced club runners, and children aged 11 and over. Awards are given to the top male and female finishers in each age group. Registration is exclusively online.
