Penn Seven

Penn Seven is a 7-mile road race held at Tylers Green Common, near High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire. The main race begins at 11:00am. Shorter events are also part of the day, including a 5K, a Fun Run, a Ruby Dash, and mini-marathons for children aged 3 to 7. This format resembles a village race day more than a single road event. The main course is primarily on road, following an undulating route through countryside and residential streets. Entries may be accepted on the day if space is available, but the Penn Seven has a limit of 450 runners, and the Super Fun Run is capped at 750. The main race and Super Fun Run utilize chip timing, providing runners with their finish times via text message as they finish. The children’s mini-marathons take place on the Common, do not require advance entry, and each child participant receives a sticker and medal.
