Travesía de Puntalla 2026

Travesía de Puntalla is an open-water swim held during the Fiestas de la Virgen de Guadalupe in San Sebastián de La Gomera. It features two distances, 1,000 meters and 5,000 meters, accommodating both novice swimmers and those with greater endurance within the same festival schedule. The crossing proceeds toward Puntallana, attracting participants, onlookers, and their families to the shoreline. Relatives and friends offer encouragement from the coast as swimmers face a challenge of endurance and ability.
