1. Bürgerlauf Visbek

Bürgerlauf Visbek is an evening community running event held in Park Visbek, located at Pastors Wisk in Visbek, Lower Saxony. The Bürgerstiftung Visbek organizes the event, offering five race options: a 550 m Bambinilauf for the youngest children, a 1500 m Schülerlauf for school-age children, a 5 km run, a 10 km main race, and a 5 km route suitable for walking or hiking. The start and finish lines are situated within the park. The longer routes guide participants through the Visbek area, extending beyond a single age group or pace. This event honors the tradition of Visbek’s former Missionslauf, is registered with the German Athletics Association, and is part of the Volksbanken Laufcup series in Vechta. All proceeds are directed to charitable causes as per the Bürgerstiftung Visbek’s statutes.
