Informazioni su questa gara
The Farmland 5K & Free for All Bike is a Traverse City Track Club event held on private farmland. It features a 5K run and a bike race that utilize the same dedicated cross-country course. The run course crosses a European-style turf grass layout, incorporating wooded dirt trails and farm terrain, offering a cross-country feel rather than a typical road 5K.
The bike race, dubbed the “Free for All,” consists of six laps on the running course, totaling approximately 12 miles. Riders are permitted to use a wide variety of bicycles, including fat bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes, and even unicycles. A combined run-bike option is also available, with scores calculated by summing a runner’s 5K time and their bike time. Awards for the bike race are presented for overall and age-group results.
