Les Foulées des Berges de l'Allier is a Saturday-evening road race held in Moulins, located in the Allier department of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The event features three race distances: a free 3 km run for benjamin and minime age groups, a 10 km race for participants aged 16 and above, and a half marathon for those 18 and older. It typically takes place in early June, with registration exclusively online. Entry fees for the longer races are structured in tiers, and a small reduction is offered to FFA-licensed runners. The course traces the banks of the Allier River and the Via Allier, concluding at the athletics stadium. The 10 km is noted for its speed, while the 21 km course is described as natural and undulating, despite a generally flat profile with minimal elevation gain (25-50 metres). Runners will see Moulins landmarks like the Pont Regemortes and the Pont de Fer, with food provided post-race. Entente Athlétique Moulins Yzeure Avermes organizes the event, with support from the Allier departmental athletics committee. A former marathon option has been removed, resulting in a more streamlined evening format.
