2026 Healing Tribal Strong Rez Run 5K

The Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana will host its third annual Healing Tribal Strong Rez Run 5K on Saturday, October 10, 2026, on the Tunica-Biloxi Reservation in Marksville, Louisiana. The theme for this year is “Steps of Tribal Strength: Every Story Counts,” honoring individuals impacted by cancer, including survivors, caregivers, family members, and loved ones. The 5K course is designed to represent courage, hope, and strength through community support. The event aims to raise awareness, inspire hope, and support those affected by cancer. Proceeds will benefit Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center. The event will also include a farmers market featuring local farmers, vendors, and small businesses. The event is open to participants of all ages and fitness levels, offering a morning of fun, fitness, fellowship, and local goods. Participants can run, walk, or attend the farmers market to support the cause.
