Ens Movem per l'ELA

Ens Movem per l'ELA gathers runners, walkers, and swimmers in Sant Jaume d'Enveja in late May for a local sport-and-fundraising day against ALS. The Sant Jaume d'Enveja Town Hall and the Fundació Catalana d'ELA Miquel Valls organize it with #KMSxELA, with all proceeds directed to the foundation. The program includes a 6 km run, a 6 km walk on the same course, and Ebro River swims of 2 km or 400 m. The 6 km course is flat, beginning through rice paddies and continuing along a path beside the Ebro River. The swim events take place in the river, connecting the day's activities to the delta landscape surrounding the town. Support is also possible through a Dorsal 0 donation, bypassing the need to race. Following the events, participants receive a paella meal; non-participants may purchase a serving. Organizers include prize drawings and runner bags, fostering a community gathering atmosphere.
