Tonbridge Half Marathon 2026

The Tonbridge Half Marathon is an annual road race in Kent, offering a half marathon, 10K, and 5K. The start and finish are in Tonbridge, using Brook Street and The Judd School as the race base. Support comes from Tonbridge Rotary Club and Tonbridge Lions. The entire route is closed to traffic, allowing runners to use town streets and nearby country roads without interference. The half marathon route goes from Tonbridge towards Leigh, through the village, and loops through the countryside between Leigh and Hildenborough before returning to town. The course is marked with kilometre flags and chip timed. Aid stations with water and toilets are provided approximately every 5km. Local bands and entertainment are present along the route. Finishers receive a medal, race photos, post-race items, and occasional spot prizes. The event supports local causes like Tonbridge Rotary Club, Tonbridge Lions, and Demelza children's hospice.
