Soda Zitron Night Run Kufstein

The Soda Zitron Night Run Kufstein is a 5 km night run in Kufstein. It begins at Fischergries and proceeds into the city center after dark. Held in October with an evening start, the atmosphere resembles a community run with music and lights rather than a standard road race. The course winds through the illuminated old town, past historical structures, and encircles Kufstein Fortress. The Thenex Runclub Kufstein is the organizer, supported by Soda Zitron, the city, and Kufsteinerland tourism. Participants receive a warm-up, neon lighting, music, and activity stations including neon body paint. A distinct 100 m uphill sprint classification is also offered. The event aims for a wide range of participants, from casual runners to teams, with spectators along the route enhancing the feel of a city event over a quiet 5K.
