About this race
The BCTC Splash & Dash offers a family-friendly event for all ages. Children aged 6-9 can participate in a 50-yard swim followed by a 1/2-mile run. Those aged 10-12 will swim 100 yards and run 1 mile. Participants 13 and older, including adults, will swim 200 yards (8 lengths) and then run a 5K (3.1 miles).
