16th Annual BEACHFRONT RUN

The Beachfront Run, now in its 16th edition, takes place in late May at the Ventura Promenade along the California coast. Organized by City Impact, it offers a half marathon, 10K, 5K, and Kids 1K, accommodating serious runners, families, and those seeking a shorter community event. Approximately 900 participants are expected. The course winds along Ventura’s coastline, providing ocean views throughout the run. All finishers get a medal and a custom event shirt. Awards are presented to the top three in each 10-year age category. The event features vendors and music, culminating in an awards ceremony. Proceeds benefit City Impact programs for at-promise youth and families in Ventura County, offering education and mental health support.
