Rzeszów Run Kids 2026

Rzeszów Run Kids is the children’s event within the Triathlon Rzeszów programme in Rzeszów. It offers very young children a simple 200 m run, with the youngest category open to ages 1-6. Older children can participate in Rzeszów Aqua Kids aquathlon races, which combine short swimming and running distances. The event is divided by age to keep distances manageable: ages 7-8 compete in an aquathlon covering 0.05 km to 0.5 km, and ages 9-10 race 0.1 km to 0.5 km. Registration is managed via StartList.pl, with a fee of 40 PLN. Payment must be completed within seven days, and a start number is assigned automatically after payment. Families have the option to add a commemorative children’s T-shirt to their registration package, available in sizes suitable for ages approximately 3-16.
