Hove Tri is a triathlon held in Hove, Southern Norway, on the second Saturday of June. The event offers a short race suitable for beginners, featuring a 500 m swim, 21 km bike ride, and 5 km run, alongside a longer race with a 1600 m swim, 39 km bike ride, and 10 km run. It also serves as the venue for the Norwegian National Championship over the standard distance. The format accommodates nearly every age group. Teenagers aged 13-16 compete in a Supersprint comprising a 375 m swim, 10 km bike ride, and 2.5 km run. Additionally, Hove Trilek is a free, fun event for children aged 5-12.
