Crosskovácsi MTB MARATHON

The Crosskovácsi MTB Marathon begins and ends at the Teleki-Tisza Castle in Nagykovácsi, a village bordering the Buda Hills near Budapest. This mountain bike marathon is the third stage of the XCM PRO TOUR series, offering race distances from a short 5.2 km to a full 73.2 km course. The long course features a 5.2 km opening loop, the 44 km “Nagy Kör” main loop, and a 24 km reduced version of the main loop, totaling 2,350 meters of elevation gain. Alternative distances of 49 km, 29.2 km, or 15.1 km are available, accommodating both experienced marathon racers and less seasoned mountain bikers. The Crosskovácsi Sport- és Környezetvédő Egyesület, a local sport and environmental association, organizes the event.
