About this race

The Whole Hog is a fundraising colour run hosted by Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity in Christchurch Park. Participants can select a 1km or 5km route, receiving environmentally-friendly coloured powder throughout. Runners, walkers, and joggers participate, with all finishers awarded a medal. The event raises funds for staff and patients at East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust (ESNEFT). Jo Rawlings, ESNEFT’s wellbeing administrator, joins with colleagues to support these resources. The charity organizes the run to fund facilities that aid staff wellbeing.
