High Lodge Half Marathon - Autumn 2026

The High Lodge Half Marathon - Autumn is a 21.1 km trail race held at High Lodge in Thetford Forest. The course is a traffic-free loop on hard-packed trails, sand, grassy footpaths, and forest tracks, suitable for road runners new to trails and experienced trail runners alike. The route winds through forest habitat featuring fallow deer and wild thyme. Participants must be 17 or older, with a 3.5-hour time limit for the half marathon. Race numbers are collected on the day of the event. The race is cupless to minimize waste, and water is available for runners to refill their own containers. All finishers receive a medal, and the top three male and female runners are awarded trophies.
