Trail des 3 Monts - 20 km 2026

Trail des 3 Monts is a mountain trail race held at Stade Brocarel in Tourrette-Levens, a hilltop village in the Alpes-Maritimes inland from Nice. The full TL3M route covers 42 km with approximately 2,500 m of elevation gain. The event also includes shorter mountain courses of about 10 km, 15 km, and 17 km, in addition to children's races. The challenge is straightforward and demanding: runners ascend Mont Chauve, Mont Cima, and Mont Macaron consecutively. This three-mountain format can be completed individually or as a relay, broadening the race's participation beyond a single long-distance trail. Dynamic Trail organizes the event. The shorter routes also feature significant climbs, with elevation gains ranging from roughly 650 m to 1,000 m, depending on the specific course.
