L'océan race - Mimizan

L’Océan Race is an afternoon trail event in Mimizan, on the French Atlantic coast, featuring a 19 km trail, a 10 km discovery trail, a 6 km beginner trail, and a 6 km solidarity walk. Born Aventures Mimizan Triathlon organizes the event; the low entry fee is donated in full to the local association Pieds et cœur au chaud. The main 19 km route crosses dunes and forest before returning along the beach at low tide. The course is selective enough for a genuine trail race experience, while the shorter races and walk accommodate beginners and walkers. Following the races, awards will be presented, along with a prize draw including a mountain bike, and a drink provided by the municipality.
