Carrera Solidaria Ruta 091 - Valencia

The Valencia Ruta 091 is a 5K-style charity race held in the former Turia riverbed, beginning near the Alameda metro station at 9:30 AM. This local event is organized by the Valencia Provincial Police Station as part of Ruta 091, a National Police charity race series conducted across Spanish cities. The adult course measures approximately 5.2 kilometers, and participants can choose to run or walk. The course follows the Antiguo Cauce del Rio Turia, the linear park established where the river once flowed through Valencia. Shorter races are available for children, with distances determined by age group. Both the adult race and walk have a 60-minute time limit. Proceeds from entry fees benefit FEVADIS, a Valencian non-profit that has supported individuals with intellectual disabilities since 1979, accumulating over 40 years of experience in this sector.
