Mud Race Aalborg 2026

Mud Race Aalborg is a 5 km terrain obstacle race held in Aalborg, North Jutland, Denmark. The Aalborg event features a Ladies Mud Race and a Mix Mud Race, with races scheduled for the afternoon and requiring paid registration. It is designed as a muddy, physical challenge, distinct from a standard road run: participants should anticipate running off-road, crawling, climbing, and getting wet. The broader Mud Race series includes Ladies Mud Race and Mens Mud Race formats. Ladies Mud Race is exclusively for women and has seen over 65,000 women complete its terrain races; it also offers a Dark Edition on a weekday evening in March. Mens Mud Race follows the former Xtreme Mandehørm concept and is exclusively for men, featuring obstacles with water, fire, and abundant mud. The course is noted as quite demanding, yet structured for runners with adequate fitness to complete it.
