Cameron Crusher 2026

The Cameron Crusher covers over 7,200 feet of climbing in 53 miles through a remote section of Steuben County. It is part of the SSIC Enduro-Gravel Series and is typically held in fall, with the date chosen to coincide with peak fall foliage. This is a self-supported enduro-gravel ride; participants must carry their own supplies, navigate using the GPX file, and prepare for a challenging day on mixed terrain. The course connects gravel, dirt, and seasonal roads with sections of pavement, double track, and single track. Riders are timed across five distinct segments, which include climbs, descents, and difficult portions of the route, rather than a single overall finish time. An aid and water station is located at the base of Hathaway Hill Road, offering a drop bag service. Later in the ride, the course proceeds north across the rolling terrain of Cameron, enters Mossy Bank Park, passes an overlook, and then descends through park double track and single track to the finish.
