Bidwells Cambridge Town & Gown 10K

The Bidwells Cambridge Town & Gown 10K is an autumn 10k race held in Cambridge. It begins on Victoria Avenue, starting from Midsummer Common. Approximately 3,000 runners participate annually. This race is part of Muscular Dystrophy UK’s Town & Gown series, is licensed by Run Britain, and has received a bronze award for Best 10k in East England from The Running Awards. The course winds through central Cambridge, featuring university college buildings and city landmarks, with sections running alongside the River Cam. Participants include regular runners, those new to the 10k distance, and individuals running for Muscular Dystrophy UK. The event seeks to raise £10,000 for the charity, which has supported over 110,000 people with muscle-wasting and weakening conditions for more than 60 years.
