JuraSwimRun - 34 km 2026

JuraSwimRun is a two-person swimrun held in the Jura lake region of eastern France, with event locations in Doucier and Le Frasnois. The 34 km race covers approximately 35 km overall, featuring 29.9 km of running, 5.30 km of swimming, 685 meters of elevation gain, and a time limit of 8 hours. The course is situated within the Haut Jura Regional Natural Park, utilizing the area's lakes as integral parts of the race rather than mere additions. The long course of the Hedgehog Challenge guides teams through eight municipalities and across five distinct lakes. The broader JuraSwimRun event series also offers shorter and middle-distance options, with swim segments ranging from 1.9 km to 5 km and run segments from 13 km to 37 km.
