La Lorientaise 2026

La Lorientaise is a 6 km run or walk for women in Lorient, held in October as part of Octobre Rose, the breast cancer awareness campaign. It is not focused on racing the clock: there is no official ranking, allowing participants to run or walk at their own pace. The event attracts a large local crowd, with over 11,000 women anticipated for one edition. FC Lorient supports the race by donating to the organizers, providing match tickets for volunteers, and offering a signed club jersey as a traditional raffle prize. The club has also promoted the Octobre Rose message within football, featuring special warm-up shirts with pink logos, alongside partner B&B Hôtels.
