Barskingen OCR Hinderløp

Barskingen OCR Hinderløp is a mud-heavy obstacle race held at Rakkestad Airport, with sections of the course extending into the surrounding forests of Rakkestad. Participants can select either a 5 km or 8 km distance, with age restrictions set at 12 years for the shorter race and 14 years for the longer one. The course challenges participants to crawl through mud, scale walls, transport heavy items, jump, pull, and maintain balance to progress. It attracts a wide range of ages, and the atmosphere is as much about camaraderie as it is about difficulty, with shared effort, amusement, mutual support, and congratulations considered integral to the event.
